*Return and Exchange Policy:*

Thank you for choosing Desenza perfumes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy below:

1. *Returns:*

* We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for items that are more than 90 percent unused and in their original condition.It means the purchased product must not be damaged at all in any way. However, the buyer must bear the shipping expenses on their own.
* If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

2. *Exchanges:*

* We offer exchanges for those mistakenly delivered items that were not ordered by the customer. In such cases,
we will bear all shipping expenses to deliver the right perfume.

3. *Tester Policy:*

* Each perfume box has a tester of the same kind, along with your perfume, as a free gift. It is meant for you to sample the fragrance before opening the bottle you ordered.

If you are already a Desenza's customer having trust in us, you can ask us to send you a tester different from the ordered perfume so that you may experience our other fragrances.
